Our house is a spacious open plan living residence with Kitchen, Dining, Laundry, Living room, children’s play area & a Bathroom all on the lower level, with 4 Bedrooms including a nursery, and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Outside is a fully fenced, 7.5m by 3.8m mineral pool with an outdoor dining table & BBQ in the pool area where you can enjoy a lager on tap from the keg provided. Also included is a Complimentary ETS Compound gym membership with unlimited access to their Odin Cold Plunge & Sauna Welcome to the Arnold Retreat. Here you have access to our mineral pool at home, as well as a complimentary gym membership at ETS Compound which includes access to unlimited functional training classes, weights section & the best part of all complimentary access to the Odin Cold Plunge & the Sauna. This means after a tough day of walking around Beef Week you can pop into the gym on your way home and have a sauna & cold plunge to wind down from your day! Now onto the house details; Our home is fully air conditioned, with a large air conditioning unit downstairs and another in each bedroom. All windows are screened to allow the beautiful breeze through and ceiling fans are also throughout the house. Downstairs you’ll find our Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry, Lounge Room & Kids play corner as well as one of the fully functioning bathrooms. The TVs are connected to wifi and you’ll have free access to Netflix, YouTube, FoxSport, Kayo, Nintendo Switch and PS4. We are an extremely family/children friendly home with plenty of toys for younger children to play with and the majority of the house child proofed with baby gates available if required as well. We also have a high chair, baby bath support and pool floats + plenty more child items for young babies as well. Upstairs you have access to the Main Bedroom with a King Bed & Ensuite which also has its own private balcony to take in the city views. Please note the spa function is unavailable however it can can used as a normal bath. Bedroom 2 has built in storage cupboard, another king bed and views of Mt Archer. Bedroom 3 - Pictured as an office currently, will be turned into a bedroom with a Double bed & desk. Bedroom 4 - Is a child’s nursery room, equipped with a cot, change table and rocking chair, if this room isn’t required we will lock it. We also have another good quality blow up mattress which can be placed in the living room downstairs to accomodate an extra 2 people (making the amount fitting in the house 8). This mattress could also be placed in the nursery. Upstairs you’ll also have a seperate toilet & in the main bathroom upstairs you’ll have access to the bath tub, the shower is currently unavailable for use however the shower in the ensuite and the bathroom downstairs is completely fine to use. Kitchen is fully equipped with a Breville Barista Pro Coffee Machine and fresh coffee beans, Thermomix, Soda Stream Machine, Airfryer, Dishwasher, Microwave & Fridge/Freezer with Ice maker. We also have another small outdoor fridge and an extra fully functioning fridge/freezer in the garage. There will also be a lager available on tap. Outside you’ll find a spacious backyard with uninterupted views of Mt Archer, a large 7.5m by 3.8m mineral pool, sunbeds & an outdoor dining table & BBQ. You also have a covered patio for extra outdoor seating. The front yard has beautiful views of the city and more grass area to be enjoyed as well as a sandpit/water play table and a baby/toddler swing. The garage fits two cars, one larger 4WD and one smaller SUV or two small cars, you’re also welcome to park on the right side of our driveway on the dirt for extra parking
