Maryanne's listing was exactly how it was displayed and described. Flawless and quick turnaround with messages, which makes travel relaxing. Her house was clean and even had cleaning supplies that I always have to purchase, to ensure jetted tubs are clean to my satisfaction. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The location was great, considering it was an expensive time to stay around Indianapolis due to FDIC. Maryanne's price was superb, especially comparing the amount of room Maryanne's establishment provides compared to an apartment, condo, or expensive hotel. I don't mind a 30min drive, especially if I can travel the backroads while avoiding speedy highways. Definitely recommend all business travelers to allow Maryanne to host your stay. I'll be back Maryanne :)

Very nice and spacious house. Plenty of room for our family. I appreciated the thoughtful arrangements of snacks, toiletries, etc.

Really enjoyed our stay! Maryanne went out of her way to provide a list of her favorite restaurants in the area as well as a cute little eclipse basket for us since we came into town for the eclipse! House was super clean and cute, and housed my husband and I with 3 adult children and spouse very well. Tons of games were on hand too…which our family loves!! Maybe we can come back when it’s summer time to try out that pool!

We had a great stay and would love to go back next time we are in town to use the pool. The whole back yard looks like it would be a true oasis in the summer!! Everything went well and the place was super clean. We even had a little gift basket waiting for us. Maryanne was on point when suggesting restaurants in the area, we didn’t have to use the kitchen-Although, it was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, a Keurig with pods and a bunch of teas to enjoy. The community this home is located in is quiet and well taken care of, it is also located on a Golf Course with a Country Club nearby that is open to the public for dining. Five Stars!!!!

We were greeted by a beautiful gift basket which made us feel right at home and so welcome. This home is so immaculate. As beautiful as it is, it is also so inviting, comfortable, clean and spacious. I only wish we were going to be in town longer to stay and enjoy the home and area. It's centrally located with amazing things all around. I want to say and point out that the pool area looks amazing and I truly wish we could have used it, but unfortunately it was too cold & not in pool season. We will certainly be back sometime soon just for a getaway in the summer to enjoy the area, the pool and their home once again. So thankful for their great communication in leading up to our stay and for making us feel so welcome in their home.
