The artistic and modern design throughout, creates an uplifting atmosphere for work & relaxation. The apartment is safe, quiet and private, in a gorgeous, newly renovated high-end building with luxury finishes and smart systems. An excellent mattress and work station in every bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the essentials and more.

Sam was a great host and very accommodating. He communicated well and made sure the apartment was clean and up to par. The apartment is sleek and beautiful and I really enjoyed staying there. It was clean! The shower was the best part and water very hot. The decor is lovely and it reminds me of a place where one would write a book. I had an immediate feeling of safety when entering the apartment (women traveling alone). The kitchen had all the appliances you need. Thank you Sam for your hospitality you were great!
I adored staying at this place, a beautiful space in a perfect location! An oasis of creativity and calm with great amenities. It really felt like home, with lovely details and sweet views of the city and hills in the distance. The host was very accommodating and genuinely wanted me to have the best stay. I wish I could stay longer, would definitely come again.
This has been a spoiling stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. The place is beautiful and clean, the kitchen is superb and well-equipped for a morning smoothie or cooking a whole meal. The area is very central, and Sam's recommendations to visit Bear Brook State Park for a picnic, as well as the the best cafes in town and places to see live music, were spot on. You've done a great job with the apartment, it is stunning and unique. We'll definitely come again, highly recommended!
My most enjoyable airbnb stay so far! The apartment is gorgeous, modern and warm, with endless pleasant surprises. Wherever I looked, there was beauty. The mattress was extremely comfortable, the work station by the sky light gave a unique view, the “love nest” is a charming delight, and the bathroom feels like a spa. Overall an artistic “zen” vibe, and the book selection complements it. The area is right by downtown, but the street is very quiet and well maintained. Great restaurants and lots to do! although I was perfectly happy indoors :) Thank you Sam!

The neighborhood and building are very safe, boasting state of the art security camera system, access control/video intercom, and smart locks. You'll get your own unique code.
This historic building has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling, with all brand new systems, insulation and sound proofing.
The apartment is the only unit on the third floor, quiet and private.
The laundry room is located on the first floor, with high-end commercial machines, and is mobile-operated for your convenience.
The dedicated mail room is accessed through the main entrance, which is accessed with a code.
There's plenty of free street parking, and dedicated spots on the premises for storm parking when it snows.
You'll be spoiled with a "starter kit" containing:
- soap & shampoo
- toilet paper
- various towels
- dishwasher capsules,
- salt & pepper, coffee, sugar, coffee filters
- cleaning supplies and stain removers
- trash bags
For longer stays the starter kit contains in addition:
- olive oil
- laundry capsules
- tissues
- additional bedding & towels.
You are responsible for replenishing these supplies as needed during your stay.
The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware and dining sets, as well as silverware and the comforts you're used to at home for meal prep:
