We really did enjoy our stay! It was relaxing and comfortable! Everything was clean ,neat and tidy ,plus all linens were clean/fresh and bath towels were SUPER soft(loved that part)! It was nice to have our own balcony too. Everything we did was just within 5 -15min drive away. Light traffic noise here and there,the neighborhood was actually pretty quiet too.Thank you for making this trip much more enjoyable with my kiddo!!!

Came to Grand Junction for the first time for my best friend’s wedding ! Home was perfect and exactly what we needed for our week stay . No surprises, which was great visiting a new to me city and state. Everything in the home basically new and updated as posted on air b n b . 10/10 If I go back to grand junction would look to rent this place again. Thank you Sheree and Charlie for having us!

The apartment is well appointed and the decorations are nice. However, it smells like stale smoke. So much so that they have an air filtration system running and an automatic air freshener (covering something up?) We commented to the owner, who promptly came up to smell for herself, only to claim that she didn’t smell a thing. We had 5 different people in and out of this apartment during our stay and everyone commented on how bad it smelled…but the owner couldn’t smell anything out of the ordinary. We reached out to the owner on our 2nd day there to once again complain about the smell and she failed to respond to us the rest of our stay. So, if you don’t mind the overwhelming odor of stale cigarette smoke, this is a great place to stay. If you do mind the smell though and you elect to stay here, be prepared to be disregarded by the owner and told that you might just have an over-sensitive nose.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and stylish. Very quiet at night. Comfy soft bed. Great shower water pressure. No microwave oven in kitchen- otherwise it is fully equipped. Thoughtful touches- a nice welcome basket was appreciated. The front door to the unit is on the back of the building up a flight of exterior stairs - about 50-75 feet from the parking area. The immediate area is a bit rough and not very pedestrian friendly. Quick drive to the businesses along North Ave - lots of dining options and other retail. Great place!
