If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would do so.. very unhappy about the entire process. First of all I was given the address to a church around the corner from apartment. When I got there I spent about an hour trying to get ahold of this person to get further instructions to retrieve the key. I was told there was a lockbox on site...no...they had a bicycle lock wrapped around a tree on the side of the church that was halfway broken already from somebody trying to break into it. She refused to communicate with me on her cell so I kept having to send wait receive through the app. Totally ridiculous. This was only the beginning. Initial instructions given said apartment 328 and parking spot 29. After walking around this apartment complex for over two hours and recruiting help from security and others that live at the property we were finally told that it was building C apt 328. While this was going on another guest was working on having my motorcycle towed for wrong parking space.
