The space is nice and cozy, but a little smaller than it looks in the photos. The kitchen and bathroom was very clean, though the bathroom could use a place to hang the towels, and the place overall could use a little more regular dusting. (mostly just the lamp in the corner) The big lights are fine, but I recommend sticking with the small lights on either side of the bed. Its a better, more comfy mood, and I prefer it a little darker to begin with. Speaking of lights, the curtains need a little tweaking to fully block the sunlight outside. Despite being right next to the road, you can barely hear the traffic outside, which is a big plus. Im a fairly heavy sleeper, but I definitely didnt lose any sleep because of it. Though the bed frame could be a little better, it doesnt seem very sturdy, and would sometimes slide on the floor with the carpet it was on. Overall though, these are just nitpicks. John Paulo is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was very helpful. The unit's location is perfect. It is approximately 10-15 mins away from the aiport (depends on the traffic, ofc) and just in front of the mall! The unit is very clean, cozy, and definitely felt like home! Will definitely come back and will recommend to family/friends! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful experience with my stay at John Paulo's unit. The place is not only beautiful but also conveniently located. The host was incredibly accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I will surely return and highly recommend this place to my friends. Thank you for the amazing experience!

It was found a peaceful place and got a good rest. Internet connection was good and I managed to review and pass my UK High Voltage re-certifications. I will come back again if I need a place in Manila.
