Laura was an extremely responsive host who has made Walnut House a comfortable haven for families to stay whilst in Mildura. The beds were very comfortable, modern bathroom great and having made the property pet friendly was extremely convenient and very much appreciated by us. I would not hesitate to recommend this property, other than if you had a member of the family who found a few steps challenging. One bedroom had a step out, then one back in as you approached the lounge. No problem if you're able bodied and there were other rooms that you could accomodate someone with mobility issues, but worth noting nevertheless. Shower may be difficult for some to step in and out of if elderly. Backyard was lovely, secure, with a terrific pool and area to bask. Excellent wifi and TV with all mod cons. Laura has clearly made an effort to make your stay as comfortable and homely as possible. Take away food 3 doors up was handy too! Thankyou Laura.

Lovely house, cosy and welcoming. Beautiful bathroom and super comfy beds. We loved how the house was decorated to suit the mi-century house. Close to town so very convenient

Laura's place is quirky and fun with everything for a young family to feel at home and relaxed. The kids LOVED the pool. The location is central to enjoy all the Mildura has to offer. The property has easy access and off-street parking, and the best fish and chip shop is only 2 doors away. Our daughter enjoyed the deep modern bath! We would stay again. I should note however that Laura's place is unsuitable for anyone with mobility constraints. Apart from multiple steps throughout, the shower is in the bath and the bath has very high straight sides with no way to sit on the thin bath edge and no grab rails for safe access. My elderly mother found this impossible to navigate without our assistance, as did my teenage son with a torn hamstring. The rubber non-slip mats we bought at the local Kmart helped a little.

Laura was very communicative from the moment we booked her home. She was very responsive and helped us with local cafes, etc. Her home was lovely and accurate to what was advertised. The pool was stunning and all the outdoor furniture, heating available for the pool, separate space for one of the queen bedrooms which was great for our young adult daughters to hang out in.... a second lounge attached to that side of the house, with a second toilet made it that extra specially suited for our family. We appreciated Laura's quick response whenever we had a query. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
