Great value for the money! Beautiful small apparment very well equipped. The place is very quiet, the toilet is quite nice, bed is comfortable! The host is very responsive, kind and flexible!! Overall excellent place and attention! I will recommend to anyone who wants to stay close to avda Santa teresa / aviadores del chaco, not so far from city Center, close to nicest neighbourhoods / malls in Asuncion including paseo la galería / shopping del sol, mcal lopez shopping. I also enjoyed using the gym and the swimming pool.
