Great spot! In what some would consider a neighborhood but the layout facilitates a feeling of being secluded. The balcony porch and fire pit were a hit. The amenities such as grill, Green Egg, and the kitchen layout were just right. This was a perfect get away for 8 guys to enjoy a peaceful and fun spot that accommodated everyone well. For us the location was a hit as we spent time at the marina/lake each day of our stay and it was only a 3 minute ride to the boathouse. Highly recommend this location and look forward to coming back for our annual trip to Lake Texoma.
