Located centrally Pet friendly with great walks near by Modern newly renovated property Close to National Nature reserve A recently renovated traditional Welsh workers cottage combining the original cottage features with an extensive modern open-plan living space. The original cottage at the front of the house is now used for the double and the twin bedrooms, both rooms retaining many of the quirky cottage features. The 35m2 open plan living space at the rear of the house combines a modern custom designed kitchen for cooking, a dining area and a lounge. The lounge has a Smart 43 inch TV with a soundbar and a wood burning stove for you to enjoy on nights in. The washer dryer and the dishwasher are hidden away in a utility area off the kitchen to minimise any disturbance. There is a separate shower room and toilet. The cottage also has a large south facing patio area next to the house with a seating area and a landscaped garden to relax in.

We had a fantastic time at the cottage and can’t recommend it enough. The location is great and you can walk straight down to the bay which is lovely, and the cottage itself was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the book at the cottage gave us lots of great recommendations. Overall a fantastic stay, we would recommend to anyone.
Lovely place. Everything straight forward from the minute we booked until our arrival. I would say more of a modernised bungalow than cottage feel. lovely log burner in the evening, it was very cosy. Very clean through out with all you need for your stay. Great walking distance to local shops, pubs and local chip chop shop and surrounded by some beaitiful places. Beautiful house and very comfortable. Very well equipped, you have everything you need. Quiet area, and very well located, short distance to different tourist attractions. Highly recommended, I would definitely go back! 🙂
Lovely place, as described and had everything we needed. Great open plan light and airy kitchen and living area especially in the morning sun! Didn’t get to enjoy the garden too much due to Storm Kathleen! Seemed a good central location for exploring. All in all - great place. Thanks.
Thank you so much for letting us stay at No.7. It was cosy, clean and very comfortable. We explored lots of different places and each day it was a pleasure to come "home" too. The service from booking through to departure was by far one of the best airbnb experiences we've had. It's a 5 for us.

Red Wharf bay is a 15 minute walk from the cottage along a public footpath. There are also forest walks in Penraeth forest, both have the chance of seeing red squirrels (if you are alert and lucky!). The Cors Bodeilio National Nature reserve is close with walking trails through the wetland reserve. Beaumaris is a short drive with its castle, shops and restaurants.
