The initial wow factor of this flat hits you as soon as you walk in. All of the fixtures, appliances and bedding are all top notch but the newness quickly wears off when faced with daily living. First of all this flat is really loud. Whether it’s the neighbor’s above, the loud pipes in the walls (you can literally hear everything the neighbors do in the bathroom) or the street noise since it’s street level. I don’t mean to be harsh but it’s probably because I’m not used to multi unit living. But this place is super walkable to all parts of old town and close to the light rail to the beach and numerous bus lines. We had a blast in Valencia and Rafa was a wonderful host who also has a outstanding city guide filled with great restaurant and sightseeing recommendations

Clean, comfortable, modern open plan accommodation perfectly situated in Valencia. Within walking distance to the old city center, Turia Park and public transport (bus and metro) to the most important sights. Perfect for a stay in Valencia and see the sights. Rafa and his team responded promptly to any question we had and made us very welcome. If you're travelling by plane Rafa can arrange a fixed price taxi to and from the airport on request. However, due to the open plan arrangement of the apartment I can't recommend the apartment when you're travelling with (very young) children who need to go to bed early. Other than that I highly recommend it.
