4 Stars, here’s why, and I’ll start with all the pros. Our stay was from January 12th, 2022 – March 1st, 2022. Nearly two months. We are currently digital nomads, and we live and work in the Airbnb’s that we book. Pros: ---------------------------- Check-in was easy. Check-out was easy. The apartment and everything in it, was clean and ready for immediate use. We actively cook nearly every meal and this apartment had just about everything you would need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Perfect location in the city to checkout all types of cool spots, museums, hikes, restaurants, etc. The view was spectacular, I think the pictures speak for themselves. Several places to eat. I suggest checking out Primitivo if you choose to stay here. Grocery store nearby, Carulla Calle 63 had everything we needed. Security staff was friendly and very attentive. We are not party people, but to those of you who are, there was a huge night life in this area. We did get to see a few random live performances in Parque De Los Hippies. Close access to all the hiking trails we chose to do. – Note, there are several hiking trails other than Monserrate, we highly suggest checking them out. The host is very attentive to your needs if you message her. For the reasons above, I highly recommend this spot. Cons: ---------------------------- It all came down to awkward and uncomfortable remarks via our WhatsApp communication about our electricity usage. The water heater also overheated during our stay and got a strong smokey smell. Instead of receiving a ‘thank you’ for bringing up the issue within the hour that it happened, we got blamed for breaking the water heater. Several WhatsApp messages followed that made us feel uninvited in the unit. --- However, here’s a pro, the host did have a repairman come into the unit the next day and fix the water heater. This was impressive and the host takes pride in fixing anything that does break. If we had received kinder words in WhatsApp communication, we’d probably have rated 5 stars.

Sandra's flat is great, with lots of light and everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils etc. The location is really very safe and located within the nice neighbourhood of Chapinero, which is a hip and slightly gentrified quarter. And the bathroom is luxurious as well! I liked especially the large window front which gives you a great view to the mountain range looking over Bogotá. I would recommend the place for everybody who plans to stay for a longer period in Bogotá.

Wow honestly Everything here is fabulous at and Sandra always made sure you were doing well and w enjoying your stay and the cupboards were stocked with besutiful dishware and also lots of cleaning supplies 😊 one of the best 👌 i really recommend this
