The house is a perfect place for us in Bath. All the rooms were clean and decorated with good taste. The garden has a beautiful view. My children fall in love with the house especially the swing under the tree. Charlotte was very hospitable and communicated quickly to my enquiries and questions. We would like to come back again!

Accurate description. Stayed at weekend and found it not as bad traffic noise as the warning Charlotte gives but may be worse during the week. Charlotte was helpful and available but not intrusive. Offered the use of her car parking space in Bath as she wasn't using it. Very pleasant stay.

Had a lovely stay at the Coach House. The house was lovely, very well designed, with a lovely eat in kitchen, a perfect lounge to chill in the evenings, and good size and comfortable bedrooms. Charlotte was a great host - came to see us soon after we checked in, and was very helpful and available in case anything was needed, although everything was in perfect condition that there was no need for any help. The house is minutes drive away from Bath City Centre...an easy drive, and seems there are local buses too. I'd strongly recommend staying at Charlotte's place for a getaway to Bath and the surrounding area.

Charlotte gave us a home away from home. This is a fantastic place for a family to explore Bath and the surrounding area. The house is cosy, comfortable with hints of luxury. Would definitely book again.
