We loved our stay here! Great location as described in the pics. A lot of natural light which I appreciate. It felt really safe being in a gated area and there’s a great lockout with chairs by the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This Broad Breach modern gem is the perfect escape up coast in beautiful Malibu. Enveloped in a lush natural landscape, this perfect 2 bed/2 bath is a private oasis just steps from the most spectacular beach. Filled with natural light from large floor-to-ceiling windows on both levels, this home boasts everything you need for a peaceful retreat. The beds were exceptionally luxe and we loved the pet-friendly hard for our little dog! Drive just 5 minutes down the PCH and enjoy an assortment of coffee shops, markets, restaurants and surf shops. We loved it so much we have already booked again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The private beach walking distance from the house was so nice. The house was super clean and we had everything we needed for our short stay. With no tv there we spent an evening playing a lot of family games…we loved it.

2 minute walk to the beach! Such a lovely place. Very safe and secure neighborhood. Very comfortable, lots of windows, comfortable bed. The Pacific Coast Highway is right outside the house so you can hear the cars and we’re SUPER noise sensitive so we bought a fan to drown out the noise and closed the windows and slept great! There are AMAZING frogs singing outside every night it feels like Hawaii! Loved this place!
