★EXCLUSIVE UNIT WITH NO AIRBNB SERVICE FEE★ Brand-new one bed apartment on the 2nd floor with a balcony in the Riomaggiore City Tower in Santa Teresita. The apartment comes fully equipped with everything needed for great stay, including a high quality queen size bed, a fully stocked kitchen, safe, and SmartTV. This building was made for short term rentals and comes with all the top requested amenities such as 24/7 security, elevators, free parking, swimming pool. This is a newly built (Jan 2024) 1-bed / 1-bath apartment with a private balcony. It is located in one of the best short term rental buildings that Cali has to offer, a brand new project called Riomaggiore in the Santa Teresita neighborhood. The total size of the space including the balcony is 49 m2 / 527 sqft. The bedroom has a nice queen size bed and direct access to the balcony. It has air conditioning and a SmartTV that connects to all the streaming apps and DirecTV. There is also a blackout screen to keep sunlight out and assure a good night's sleep. The couch in the living room is a sleeper couch and can fit 2 kids comfortably or 1 adult. The balcony is generous in size and is the perfect place to soak in the warm Cali climate, read a book or enjoy the company of someone you like over snacks and drinks. The kitchen is fully outfitted including fridge, oven, stove, blender and cooking utensils. There is a safe for your personal belongings and an iron plus ironing board available. The WiFi is a 200 MB fiber optic connection with access to ethernet ports. Finally, there's an in-unit washer and dryer (2-in-1 machine) at your disposal. It's located in the closet in the hallway. We have free parking on site in the basement with elevator access. Cleaning can be offered during your stay and comes at an additional cost. The pool is on the 4th floor of the building. Pool hours are 9 am to 9 pm. The pool is closed for maintenance on Mondays. If Monday is a holiday, then it will be closed on Tuesdays. The building has an electric backup generator and a water reserve tank making sure you will not be without basic utilities.
Zeer luxueus en smaakvol ingericht appartement. Alles was voorzien en tot in de puntjes geregeld. Het bed was voorzien van een erg kwalitatieve matras dus erg goede nachtrust. Patrick reageert onmiddellijk en zorg ervoor dat je je onmiddellijk thuis voelt. Een aanrader als je op een van de leukste locaties van Cali wil verblijven!
First and foremost, the location is absolutely unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Cali, it offered easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I was strolling through the charming streets or hopping on public transportation, everything was conveniently close by. Upon entering the apartment, I was greeted by a fresh and inviting aroma that immediately put me at ease. It was evident that the host took great care to ensure that the space not only looked immaculate but also smelled wonderful. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it made for a truly pleasant stay. Speaking of the host, They are Friendly, responsive, and accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From providing helpful recommendations for local attractions to ensuring that I had ample supplies of amenities, their hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. PLUS: ITS A BRAND NEW BUILDING. THIS WAS HOME!
Es importante aclarar, ser lo más específico posible en cuanto al ruido de la construcción, pues los horarios son bastante extendidos. El check in también un poco lento teniendo en cuenta que se suponía que ya tenían toda nuestra información. Problemas con la cerradura. En general todo muy bien, alojamiento extremadamente completo, y muy agradable.
The Santa Teresita residential neighborhood is located in one of the best parts of town near the Cali Zoo and bordering the El Peñon hotel and gastronomic zone.
Within a few blocks you will find the Super A supermarket with the Baraka Ancestral Bakery on top. Also nearby is the El Molino is a another local favorite, the El Molino Bakery and Calathea Ice Cream shop.
Crepes and Waffles is the perfect family restaurant and just two blocks away by the Hampton by Hilton hotel.
The Tertulia museum and Cali's famous Cat parks are only 10 minute walk from the building and once you make it there you might as well keep following the river to the Boulevard and the beautiful Ermita church.
Colonial San Antonio is located behind the hotel Intercontinental. In conclusion, there's plenty of things of interest to keep busy for days in this part of town.
During the day, I suggest walking wherever possible. Enjoy the warm, eternal summer climate. Get to know the city. Explore!
If you're going further, then there are more than 20.000 taxis in Cali and they are very affordable. Minimum fare starts at 4.000 pesos. Uber, Cabify, Beat, WayCali and Didi are other similar services. Busses are plentiful but then to get very crowded.
At night, best to use a taxi / Uber / Didi.

Back in 2010 I left my home country of Denmark to pursue a lifelong dream: To travel on a motorcycle from the United States to Brazil. And what an adventure it became… I ended up riding 54.000 km through 18 countries during that 15-month trip. I made friends all over Latin America. But one of those amazing friendships turned into a flirt and 2 years after finishing my trip I ended up moving to Colombia to begin a new chapter of my life. Today, after living in Cali for more than 7 years, I’m happily married and have two beautiful little daughters. Real estate investing has been my trade since arriving here. With my team, we have built and operated more than 54 units for short-term rentals with different investors, and we pride ourselves on having the highest quality units on the local market. I left my old partnership with Lifeafar and am currently developing new buildings on my own. I run the daily operation with my partner Harold via our management company EXSTR. Harold worked 8 years at a Marriott property in New York and breathes guest service.
