Outstanding customer service. We had one issue with the electrical, but it was addressed promptly and satisfactorily. The communication was great throughout our stay. The house is beautiful and has great amenities. I would definitely recommend this house, and would stay there again.

The house is beautiful and a lovely location on the lake! I would live in this house if I owned the property! The furniture and TV/sound system, were great! The beds were really comfortable. When we arrived, the upstairs airconditioner was not working, so it was really hot. My husband (who is a mechanical engineer) took the cover off the thermostat, and found the batteries were covered in acid and had not been changed in quite some time. He cleaned out all the battery acid, and fortunately we were able to find 2 AA batteries in one of the kitchen drawers to replace them. The air came on shortly after that and it cooled down in about an hour. The left sink in the master bath was clogged and the light did not work over the bathtub. The kitchen lacks some important things: there were NO oven mitts, no baking/cookie sheets, no blender, no casserole dishes or mixing bowls, only 1 skillet, 1 towel, no wine glasses, steak knives, hand mixer, or coffee grinder. But overall we had a great time!

Walking into the house it was a very nice open space. Lots of sleeping space for the family. Nice lake side view and deck. Nice mattresses and sheets. Furniture was new and in good condition. Unfortunately, the cleaning service did a poor job of clean the kitchen counters, dining table, master bathroom shower and tub, and the outdoor grill still had food left from previous stay on it and was not cleaned. Evolve uses a local "guest contact" in the area who never gave us a time the cleaners could resolve the issue and they mentioned that we can clean the problem areas ourselves, which I didn't love, but I cleaned the house properly so we were comfortable with our stay. I did also contact Evolve after my stay and informed them of the problems and they worked with me on the issues. Overall, the house is nice and they put a lot into it, so it could be a great stay, but the cleaning service and local contact needs to do a better job.

We enjoyed being right on the lake. The house is very nice and is in a great location. We would stay here again.

This is the first I have stayed in Conroe, and it won’t be the last! Beautiful home with plenty of space for any party. Highly recommend this place and host! Thank you!
