There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Please note there are four cameras on the exterior that are NOT connected or operating. All cameras face public areas in the front and near of the property. *The pool can be heated from Oct 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested three days before arrival. Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to acquire additional items needed. Small Dogs may be allowed, so please inquire about our pet fee and policy for your fur babies. All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc. Weddings or Events are an additional $500, must be selected when booking, and require a permit that we obtain. Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
