Отличное место для отдыха в популярном туристическом месте. Просторная светлая квартира, в которой комфортно находиться. Отдельно порадовал фирменный чай и уходовая косметика с приятным фруктовым запахом.

A very cozy place in the heart of Yerevan

Squeaky clean and in a great location! I had a lot of fun exploring Yerevan by foot from this flat. There are great cafes and restaurants nearby, and it's close to many museums and attractions. The fridge was broken upon arrival but they quickly remedied it by giving me a discount. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay with a little bit of street noise since the apartment faces Saryan St. but that didn't bother me much.

My opinion is based on the fantastic price (38$) for which I was able to rent this apartment but when I saw the price for May 2024, I was shocked and considered it my duty to write all the points I've noticed. In general apartment is good besides several moments. Advantages: - drip coffee and tea were really good surprise for me, thanks - apt was really clean - soap and shampoo were amazing, they are locally produced and their smell was fantastic Disadvantages for my price: - windows soundproofing could be much much better, but it's enough - absolutely zero hangers in the closet - no washing powder even for one wash Disadvantages for any higher price: - there is a light channel above the kitchen worktop but there is no LED strip light in it, so it didn't work - no disposable slippers - it was very cold inside and the heater which was left inside was funny like "The Little Engine That Couldn't". Of course A/C saved me - absolute absence of local lights, only awkward main light
