Cozy sea view apartment of about 60 sqm with two wide terraces, for 3 people, located on the 1st floor of a building with no lift. The accommodation is located in the splendid setting of Mondello, a few steps from the main square and just 500 meters from the famous beach of fine white sand and from its crystal clear sea. The center of Palermo, with all its beauties, is only 10 km away. *Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request* The apartment is organized on different levels: -> ENTRANCE with LIVING AREA and KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, oven, wine glasses, kitchenware, dining table, single sofa bed and flat-screen TV) and SERVICE BATHROOM (sink and toilet); -> TERRACE I with table, chairs, armchairs, outdoor sofas and outdoor shower; -> BEDROOM with French double bed, wardrobe and INTERNAL BATHROOM (shower, sink and toilet), -> TERRACE II with deckchairs and table. PLESE NOTE: there are internal stairs between the different floors of the apartment (entrance/living area - terrace I - bedroom - terrace II). Please, be careful if you are traveling with children. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (split on the stairs), washing machine (in the service bathroom), iron and ironing board, insect screens, drying rack and hairdryer.

Tolles Apartment mit zwei Terrassen, die jeweils einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer bieten. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation verliefen einwandfrei und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Einzig Abzugspunkte gibt es für die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes und den Umstand, dass bei Gebrauch bestimmter Elektronikgeräte die Hauptsicherung rausgesprungen ist.
Die Anzeige der Unterkunft ist leider vollkommen falsch. Auf der Karte wird die Unterkunft direkt am Strand angezeigt. In Wahrheit befindet sie sich aber in einer Seitenstraße nicht direkt am Strand. Ich musste erst durch die Stadt laufen und die zuständige Frau anrufen die mir dann erklärt hat, dass die Unterkunft sich in einer vollkommen anderen Straße befindet. Die Wohnung ist NICHT vom Hausflur abgetrennt! Der Hausflur ist offen und durch ein Gitternetz von der Wohnung abgetrennt. Somit hört man alles was die Nachbarn im Hausflur machen, genauso als würden die Nachbarn in der Wohnung stehen. Gespräche, Toilettengänge und Bewegungen sind nicht möglich ohne, dass die Nachbarn mithören. Ich wurde jeden Morgen um 6 Uhr von den Nachbarn geweckt die laut herumgebrüllt haben. Zusätzlich haben sich mehrere fremde Haare auf dem Boden und in der Dusche befunden. Die Terrasse ist schön, allerdings nicht sehr privat. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft nicht. Es ist einfach zu laut und schmutzig!!!
The hosts were very attentive, always answering queries efficiently, and check in and check out were no hassle. The star of the property has got to be the 2 terraces, especially the upper one, which offer spectacular views of the surrounding ocean and mountains. The property has generally been done up to a good standard, except lots of the plug sockets do not work, and the only ones which do and aren’t plugged into anything are in the bathroom. Also, we felt that calling it a 2 bed property was a bit of a stretch, as the fold out bed in the kitchen is extremely small and quite uncomfortable. The area of Mondello is very vibrant, with many restaurants and takeaways to choose from. The apartment has a great location just metres away from the main square, and is also very close to the beach. Overall though, apart from a few minor inconveniences, this is a great place to stay in a great location.

Mondello beach is one of the most beautiful and fashionable seaside areas of Palermo, from which it is 10 km away. The bay of fine white sand, lapped by a crystalline sea, is nestled between Monte Pellegrino and Monte Gallo and extends for approximately 1.5 km in a wonderful natural landscape. If during the winter months it is possible to enjoy the calm and serenity that the place offers, during the summer months Mondello is populated with holidaymakers and tourists who want to relax on its splendid Caribbean beach, without giving up the comforts offered by the numerous seaside resorts.
The very well-kept and refined seafront overlooked by several Art Nouveau houses offers the opportunity to take a relaxing walk, admiring the sea and the landscape.
- Beach: 6 minutes on foot;
- Palermo centre: 15 minutes by car (10 km) / 30 minutes by public transport.
The best way to reach the accommodation and visit the surroundings is by car. It is possible to a car at Palermo Airport.
