George’s airbnb is in a newly developed neighbourhood, Extremely quiet and peaceful for evening walks. The apartment itself is modern and gorgeous! I loved the bathroom especially. His home is a new build and compared to most basement apartments, you don’t hear every single sound coming from above. A great job was done with the soundproofing. George was a great host. He’s very attentive and responsive to the needs of his guests. Had a couple requests during my stay and i was provided for in a very timely manner. Despite being at work, he was only one text away and i got responses to my questions promptly. Highly recommend!

George is probably the most responsive host I've ever had. When there was glitch with the door keypad, he quickly sorted it out. Later when I locked myself out, he left work at lunch to come let me in. The place is smallish. Slightly smaller than some other basement suites that I've stayed at in the same neighbourhood. For instance, there's no kitchen table, so you'll eat sitting on the sofa. But George's place is priced accordingly, and it's a clean, neat, comfortable place and I'd gladly stay there again.
