Un séjour parfait au cœur d un quartier très vivant. L appartement est vraiment très bien , un peu bruyant, mais au cœur d un quartier très vivant , acces au bus et train très facile , des petits restaurants delicieux tout autour. Jhon nous en a conseillé d ailleurs plusieurs super. Je recommande vivement.

The apartment is quite well located, about a 30-minute walk to the opera house. The building is a bit old-fashioned, but the room is nice.

Gelegen in Surry Hills, heel gezellig en op loopafstand van alle bars/restaurants. We hebben ervan genoten. Studio aan de Bourke street, allesbehalve rustig. Het luidruchtige verkeer (motoren en trucks) is er vooral gedurende de nacht en neemt toe vanaf 4.30am! Neem oordoppen mee, want enkel glas en kozijnen van de studio sluiten niet goed. Daarnaast erg heet! We waren er in maart en zonder airco is deze locatie niet leuk. Lekker zitten bij het het leuke tafeltje aan het raam voor een ontbijtje of als werkruimte was helaas geen optie zo vol in de brandende zon. Zitten achter het brandende rolgordijn is absoluut niet comfortabel. De verouderde cooler geeft meer geluid dan verkoeling. Het gebouw The Lawson is oud, wat heel mooi kan zijn en charme heeft, maar het is er ook muf. Een penetrante rook en etensgeur dringt zo nu en dan de studio binnen.

Overall the studio looked exactly how it was pictured. The air conditioning did not work well, if it even worked, which really affected our stay during an extremely hot week. The location was great and right near many things to do. The building as a whole was a bit dirty. The carpets smelled up the hallways. There was a noisy neighbor across the hall who kept yelling.

We needed a place to stay for a couple of days in between travel and this place was good for that. Nice area with lots of bars, local Woolworths was fab aswell. Place is clean and tidy and has what you need for a short stay! The host was really helpful when I had any questions!
