While we could host up to six guests on our third floor, we opt for one guest per room, ensuring a serene and exclusive experience. Your comfort and tranquility are our top priorities! BREAKFAST: Start your mornings right with a delightful daily continental breakfast on us! Just give us a heads up when you book if you'd like to indulge in this cozy treat during your stay. It will be served between 7 AM and 10 AM. Ask about our picnic basket lunch with at least 48 hours advance notice of your stay for an agreed upon price. During select weekends we offer our "Weekend Hearty Breakfast" at an additional cost. Inquire at booking or by Thursday afternoon of the weekend you wish to order. GUEST ROOMS : The THIRD floor has two cozy tranquil guest rooms. You will be booking Room One (White Key). The rooms are a peaceful retreat strategically located away from the common areas of the home shared by the host to provide additional privacy on this floor. The room has a queen size bed, linens, a spacious desk and chair, mini fridge, walk in closet with iron and board, yoga mat, luggage rack, sitting bench, full length mirror, night stands and an additional chair. In addition, there are curated plants, waterproof picnic blanket, a white sound machine and essential oil diffuser. It provides an ideal setting for privacy and relaxation. ***Please note guestroom doors lock from the inside only.*** GUEST BATHROOM : Indulge in luxury with our third-floor spa-inspired full bathroom, shared by only two guests. Picture yourself sinking into the standalone soaking tub or enjoying the refreshing walk-in shower complete with a convenient shower bench. You'll find yourself surrounded by curated plants, creating a serene oasis. And don't worry about packing bulky towels – we've got you covered with plush spa towels. Plus, we've thought of everything with complimentary toiletries, including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, ensuring you have everything you need for a blissful retreat. LOUNGE AND OFFICE SPACE: Also on our versatile third floor you'll find a cozy lounge area equipped with a sofa, chairs, and a top-notch Samsung 55-inch smart TV featuring premium cable, YouTube, and Netflix for all your entertainment needs. Feeling competitive? We've got you covered with a selection of board games for some friendly fun. Need to catch up on work or tackle some tasks? You're in luck! We've set up a separate designated work area complete with a desk, chair, wireless keyboard, printer, mouse, and a few essential office supplies needed for remote work. Whether you're unwinding with your favorite show or getting down to business, our lounge has everything you need for a productive and relaxing stay. MEDITATION ROOM : As you ascend to the second floor, you'll find a charming mezzanine tucked away to your left, where our serene meditation room awaits. With lush tropical plants and the gentle trickle of water, it's the perfect spot to unwind, meditate, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment of introspection. Feel free to make yourself at home and bask in the tranquility. KITCHEN : While full kitchen access isn't available at the moment, our first-floor kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a cozy morning ritual. You'll have access to a microwave, toaster, and a convenient coffee/tea station featuring a delightful selection of local blends from TM Ward, along with decaf coffee, hot chocolate, and a variety of herbal teas. Brew your perfect cup using our Chemex pour-over glass coffee maker, Ninja drip coffee machine, or electric gooseneck kettle. I'm always happy to prepare a fresh pot of coffee in the morning, and if you prefer decaf, just give me a heads up! We've got you covered with dishes, utensils, cups, and wine glasses, so you can enjoy your refreshments with ease. Plus, quench your thirst with our water dispenser offering hot, cold, and room temperature options. For dairy lovers, we've stashed organic milk, soy milk, and creamer in the mid-sized fridge under the coffee/tea station. Pull up a seat at the kitchen island and savor your treats in comfort. Your culinary convenience is our priority! DINING ROOM : As part of our open-concept floor plan, our dining room seamlessly flows into the kitchen, creating the perfect space for enjoying meals. With ample seating for six people, you'll find plenty of room to dine in comfort and style. LIBRARY : Welcome to our cozy library! Nestled on the first floor, just off the foyer and conveniently across from the kitchen/dining room, this inviting space is perfect for unwinding, diving into a good book, or simply relaxing. Feel free to make yourself comfortable, whether you're seated for some quiet reading time or looking to enjoy a leisurely moment. Plus, we've stocked the shelves with extra board games and cards for added entertainment. It's the ideal spot to kick back and enjoy some downtime during your stay. HALF BATHROOM: Discover another touch of luxury with our spa-inspired half bathroom! Situated conveniently on the first floor, just off the foyer, this delightful space features a sink and a small shower. While available, please note that this shower is not typically used by our guests. It's the perfect spot for freshening up before heading out or for quick touch-ups during your stay. SUNROOM : Step into our sunlit retreat! Nestled on the first floor, just beyond the kitchen, our sunroom offers a tranquil escape with views of our evolving backyard oasis. Keep an eye out for the transformation as we work on our native landscape design, set to be completed in 2025. It's the perfect spot to soak up some sunshine and enjoy a peaceful moment in nature. BACKYARD: Welcome to our spacious gravel patio backyard, featuring two distinct sitting areas for your relaxation. While we kindly ask our guests not to use the grill, we're always happy to fire it up ourselves, especially for some delicious Boca burgers that we're known to share. Additionally, our yard is home to a variety of plants, vegetables, and herbs that we love to nurture. If you're staying with us in late summer, get ready for a treat - you might just have the chance to taste one of the many delightful varieties of tomatoes we grow! CENTRAL AIR/HEAT: Enjoy optimal comfort with our NEST-controlled central air system, thoughtfully spread across the home in two convenient zones. Should you need a temperature tweak or require extra coziness with a blanket or standing fan, just give us a heads up.
