A large French window illuminates the room and provides access to a balcony overlooking Piazza della Repubblica, one of the most central and evocative of Sestri Levante. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your meals during your stay: induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, moka and dishwasher. It is also equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses. The apartment offers a total of six beds: in addition to the sofa bed, there are two bedrooms both equipped with a double bed. The heating for the winter months is centralized, therefore the switching on and off times will be managed directly by the condominium, as well as the general switching on and off dates for the spring/summer season.
