This place is in the best spot in Ipanema (between Posto 9 and Posto 10). Lots of restaurants walking distance and right on the beach. I would totally stay here if I come back to Rio.

The host was very quick to communicate and very accommodating. We had a few issues, which the host promptly attended to and sorted out. The location is great right by the beach. The apartment is spacious. Beds were comfortable. I really loved that there was a water filtering dispenser, so we didn’t have to buy water. It made it easy, since the tap water isn’t drinkable. I would recommend.

I’ll start the review with the location of this Airbnb is a 10/10 - The apartment is right by Ipanema beach which is by far the most beautiful beach spot in Rio. The host was extremely responsive throughout our stay and very proactive in trying to fix the issues within the flat. However, it was a shame to find out on arrival that the washing machine was broken. We had been traveling around Brazil and were in desperate need of washing our clothes. We also arrived to an unclean flat - the previous guests had left their shorts and underwear on the floor which was a disappointing start, but the host did send cleaners the following morning. Three of us were staying in the apartment so were in need of two bathrooms but sadly one of the two showers had no hot water therefore we all had to share - not ideal. The flat really does need some love and attention but the location couldn’t be better!

Amazing experience ! Great team , perfect dreamy location , cleaning ladies everyday and restaurant with a pool in the rooftop ! can’t wait to comeback !
