■ A traditional Japanese wooden building on 2nd floor located in a quiet residential area. ■ If you are sensitive to noise, please do not make a reservation as you may hear noises from the factory nearby and the rooms next door. An ambulance may be dispatched from a nearby fire station. ■ About 10 minutes walk from Myogadani Station. There is a long slope on the way. ■ If you stay for more than 7 days, an additional facility management fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for every 7 days. ■ The kitchen is shared. There is a refrigerator. ■ Toilets and showers are shared. Two unisex toilets and two shower room each for men and women. ■ Bicycles can be rented for free. Long-term stays of one week or more can have exclusive use of the bicycle of their choice. ■ The floor is made of hardwood. ■ The space area is 9㎡. ■ One double bed and two pillows. ■ There is a desk and chair.

位于很安静的居民区，房间很大，很干净卫生。房客们都很礼貌，不会被打扰。 位置很方便，去哪都在半个小时内。 而且房东和助理小姐姐人特别好。我包包和护照落在公交车上，交番没有帮我找到。房东特别热心的帮我联系了公交公司，还开车去帮我把包取回来了。真的，特别感谢💓

There's an endless amount of things to say about how wonderful my stay was. Sigeru & Yui were so unbelievably kind & welcoming! I didn't get to interact with Nana & Maxime as much but they were also very nice! They did everything they could to make my stay a pleasant & memorable one. They were helpful in every way possible! The place is very well located in my opinion (close to restaurants, grocery stores, konbinis, temples, parks & a subway station). Having a bike at your disposal was also very useful to get around (it's a 15-20min bike ride to Shinjuku). I definitely recommend staying here! Thank's again for everything!
Shigeru-san was very accommodating and understanding. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, couldn't recommend it enough! Hope you and your family are doing well Shigeru-san!
Shigeru-san, Yui-san, and Nana-san have been a excellent host and I am overall very satisfied with my stay. Highly recommend!

There are 2 public baths nearby. The nearest is Hakusan Bath (11 min. walk).
Some recommended spots are Harimazaka’s cherry blossom trees and the Koishikawa Botanical Garden. Tokyo Dome and Korakuen are also accessible by foot and the community bus. Ikebukuro can be reached by Tokyo Metro’s Marunouchi Line.
Myogadani Station (on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line) is a 10 minute walk. There is also the option of the B-Guru (B-ぐる) bus station.
