For those staying longer, explore the waterfront including the Aquarium and the old town, or hop on the cable car and head to Genoa's many castles and fortresses high on the hillside, all within minutes. The apartment is located on a hill and on the 5th floor (no elevator). Your room is large with plenty of rooms for relaxing. Great Appartment in a very peaceful area. Fully recommended provided that you don't mind walking a lot of stairs. However, I guess that's something you can hardly avoid in Genova:)
La casa si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza Principe. Tuttavia, come descritto nell'annuncio, la sua posizione è un po' scomoda a causa delle scalinate, sia quelle per arrivare davanti il portone di casa, sia quelle per arrivare al pianerottolo (4 piani senza ascensore). Se avete bagagli pesanti, preparatevi! Per quanto riguarda la casa comunque l'ambiente era pulito e tutto in ordine. Badate bene che la casa non dispone di piano cottura né di bidet
Shana's place is very close to the train and bus stop, so very convenient for a stopover trip. It's a residential neighbourhood with supermarkets very close and just a 10 minute walk to restaurants area on Via Balbi. Very convenient and tidy, easy check in and check out.

Lagaccio is a multicultural neighborhood centrally located very close to all tourist attractions. It is well connected to public transport (bus and trains). Within a 5 minute walk you can reach Genoa Principe train station, Flixbus station (via fanti d'Italia), the maritime station Ferry and cruise terminals, the aquarium of Genoa and the ancient port, etc. The city center is 15 minutes on foot Piazza de Ferrari and Via XX Settembre (shopping street), the house of Colombo or take the gandola or funicolare high into the hills and explore the many castles and forts.
Lagaccio also has 3 supermarkets and many resturants.
Reach all tourist attractions: Genoa bus 1, 18, 3, 7, 35, etc. Trains to Cinque Terra, Milan, Florence, Rome or Turin. Catch a cruise ship or Ferry to Corsica and Sardinia all within a 5 minute walk or hop on a train to the airport just two stops way.
