A beautiful home, extremely clean with everything we needed for a stay with our 2 young boys! Kate was a fantastic host and the house and amenities were exactly as described. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into how to make this feel more like a home away from home as opposed to a typical rental- the heaters in each room, the fantastic laundry space and washing machine/clothes line, the milk, water and crisps along with basic kitchen staples already stocked, the hooks to hang jackets, coats, hats and towels, the beautifully appointed rooms with blackout curtains and extra blankets + pillows, the huge TV with Netflix and other streaming services ready to go, and cosy lounge area not to mention the fruit trees around the yard which made my 3 year olds day running around! What was also really great was the portable cot and high chair (both in amazing condition) already set up for our arrival, making it so much easier with little ones needing to nap as soon as we arrived!

Kate’ place is perfectly located near the station. Although there is only 1 bathroom at the house, interior space is newly renovated and very cleaned, highly recommended if looking for a budgeted place to stay.
