We loved our stay at Pichaya's place in Chiang Mai! Pichaya was very quick to respond to any questions. Bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, washer/dryer worked well. Very clean with basic amenities. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for such hot days while we were there! Grab taxi was easy to get and also usually tuk tuks right outside the condo available for an inexpensive ride anywhere. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In und Check-Out hat super geklappt. Pichaya antwortet schnell auf Fragen und ist ansonsten auch erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Uber leicht zu finden und bietet fußläufig viele Restaurant und Märkte. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich auch ein 7-Eleven. Der Zutritt zu dem Rooftop Pool und dem Fitness Raum waren sehr toll! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen ☺️

We had a lovely stay at Pichaya’s apartment. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable bedding. We particularly liked that the apartment faced north, the cooler side of the complex and so barely needed to use the air conditioning. A plus. Comfortable and well equiped. Seating on the balcony to enjoy our morning coffee whist listening to birds and roosters and fresh morning air. The old city is walking distance, 20 minutes or there are always tuktuks available out the front. 120B. Good food options. Breakfast became a ritual at Wooden Door, across the road. Best omelette ever. Don’t miss. We enjoyed a Ping river front dinner meal at Pak Nam Ping. Great local neighbourhood walking night market, Klong Mai Kha. View from the 17th floor, pool level floor is incredible. Internet is 500mpbs. So is your working this is a great plus! Don’t hesitate to book this particular apartment, well worth our stay. Pichaya manages various apartments in this complex, so assure you are booking the 5th floor. :)
