This is the second time we have stayed here and we love the location and the property. Spencer the dog is always great company around the cabin also. Highly recommend staying at this great little hidden gem. Can’t wait for next time!

We had a great time using Shannon’s place as a jump start into the woods. Our stay was excellent plus we got to hang out with her dog Spencer.

This cabin is quaint & cozy. The yard is well maintained and the fire pit is beautiful and inviting and offers a spectacular view. There is a sweet old dog who comes around the cabin who is friendly but well-trained & calm. The kitchen had everything we needed & bathroom and shower were great. The air conditioning & heating was simple and worked amazingly. Everything was clean & orderly. Check in/out went perfectly and the host’s provided instructions led us right there. Our only real complaint was the beds. All three mattresses felt very old & springy. We sunk right in. 😂 This is a good cabin for a fun trip with young kids, but, as is, definitely isn’t going to provide you a weekend of comfort and luxury. (Which we didn’t expect, for the great price — but newer mattresses would’ve definitely been appreciated. 😊) Overall we had a great stay and we would definitely return. Great price and beautiful location! 👍 Thank you for a great stay.
