Archers place was just okay for us. At arrival there were people in the driveway at another unit smoking marijuana. As we entered there was a strong air freshener smell, assuming to cover up the marijuana smell. The unit was large and well laid out. However, the couch and chairs were uncomfortable, the beds were memory foam and very firm. We slept in both beds in hopes that our second night would be more comfortable. The carpets on the stairs and on what I would call the third floor, are very old and worn out. The shower needs a good cleaning. The beds didn't have fitted sheets on them, just the top sheet. We were also surprised at the lack of kitchen towels and hand towels and washcloths for the bathrooms . All that being said, I get that a property owner may not want "nice" furniture, or to put money into upgrading just to have it be ruined/ trashed. Archer was a good host and maybe a different location of hers would be better for us, but we would not stay at this location again.

Host was very quick to respond and matched the description with what we were expecting. Centrally located to many restaurants and things to do!

Everything was as described, and Archer and his co-hosts are on point with communicating and helping. The house itself was very good in person and it is super easy to find and enter. The TV had a Netflix and a Prime account loaded up. The local ordinance will fine vehicles parked and blocking the driveway/ being on the street which the host was quick to remind us of. There were 2 bedrooms each with a King size bed so 3 people can fit on each bed. Overall it was a positive experience.

this air bnb was very nice , it looked just like the pictures did. Archer was a great host , i would definitely book with him again !

This place was as advertised. Easy to find, comfortable with nice kitchen for meals.
