Good location and clear instructions from host. Modern room.
Nice room in a shared house. Quiet and ideally located. It's close to the Highway/Motorway. Less than an hour drive from Heathrow Airport. Easy driving into Downtown Luton/City center. Loved Charlie's place, exactly as pictured and described. Only thing I have to point out is that, the heating is timed. Few times I woke up and also returned to a cold room. Seem heating comes on when guests are out and Charlie explained same. Charlie is kind and responsive. Aside the timed heating, I recommend this place 💯💯💯💯

For larger shops, we are just under 10 mintues walk from a large Tesco Extra, Beefeater (restaurant) and Pepe Fish&Chips
L&D Hospital is also a few minutes walk away.
We have one parking bay available at the property, we are unable to make reservations for this spot so it is only available on a first come first serve basis among other guests.
There is free street parking across the road on the north side of Dunstable Road, namely Byron Road, Shelley Road & Wordsworth Road.
You can park on the south side of Dunstable Road, such as Hayhurst Road outside of the hours of Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm, or for a max 2 hours within these hours in marked spots.
For public transport, you catch the Z busway from the Stanton Road stop on Dunstable Road (7 minutes walk outside the hospital) towards Luton Town Centre and Railway Station, or alternatively the A/B/C/F70 busway from Stanton Road bus stop on the Busway (12 minute walk) towards Luton Town Centre, and London Luton Airport.
