Spacious room with tv and table; smart tv with Netflix and youtube; very clean; well equipped kitchen the shower is quite weak and it takes ages for hot water to come out; mattress is not very comfortable the location is near to everything and super convenient but the estate itself feels slightly unsafe

I am happy with the stay and the price paid in that area. Hulm is very approachable and the instructions to check-in were very clear. If the room is available he is happy to give before check-in time. The room is as shown in the app. I booked my second visit and happy to do so when required.
Great room in centre London. Host is very responsive and communicative, super helpful when I needed help.
