A cozy, newly renovated apartment, with a modern and clean design, in the beating heart of Rome, in one of the most fascinating and characteristic streets of the historic centre. In an ancient building a few steps from Castel Sant'Angelo, San Pietro, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon, close to all the main sites of artistic and cultural interest. A comfortable and silent refuge where you can relax and a perfect key point to admire the beauty of the Eternal City. The apartment, recently renovated, is comfortable and very quiet. The house will welcome you with a comfortable bedroom, a spacious and elegant living room with a fireplace, a modern and fully equipped open kitchen and a beautiful bathroom covered in arabesque marble. The modern design is embellished with custom-made furniture that makes the apartment refined and functional. The house is located on the second floor of an ancient building in via dei Banchi Nuovi, a delightful street a stone's throw from Castel Sant'Angelo. The central location combines with silence and tranquility, giving you a stay in maximum comfort and relaxation.

The apartment is lovely, newly renovated and beautifully designed. We came with a baby, and there was a cot offered by Giacomo waiting for us, the they even arranged a baby chair and a cutlery set for babies. Lovely. Two, very minor downsides are: You can hear the footsteps of the apartment above quite loudly, but it already happens to us in another place in Italy so it might be a thing of old quarters. Secondly, the apartment is on the second floor (or third, not sure). We arrived with heavy and bulky suitcases, and a stroller for the baby and it was difficult to make it through the narrow staircase. After all - one of the best places we rented on Airbnb. Giacomo and Andrea were super professional and helped us whenever we needed something. The location is probably the best in this part of the city.
Öncelikle ev sahibine çok teşekkür ederiz. 2 bebeğimizle yaptığımız bu seyahatte bir çok tereddütümüz vardı ancak giacomo hepsinde yardımcı oldu. Evde 2 adet klima var ısınma konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadık. Uçağımız akşam saatinde olduğundan çıkış saatinde valizleri bahçeye bırakıp gezmeye devam ettik.

The apartment is freshly renovated using quality materials and tasteful design. We found it sparkling clean with all supplies we needed. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, and despite the street being lively during the day, it was quiet at night. It was great to have a washer in the unit, we were able to travel with a lot less clothes. Location was perfect, it's on a beautiful street and walkable to everywhere, and our favorite restaurant was the next door (Alfredo e Ada). Tips to future guests: * Apartment has a lot of closets, they are part of the design. Despite checking thoroughly we managed to leave something behind (Giacomo kindly agreed to ship it to us). Remember where you put things and check well before leaving! * If using taxi, use Largo Ottavio Tassoni as destination. It's steps away, and will be much faster as you'll avoid going through narrow streets packed with pedestrians.
We loved everything about Giacomo apartment. Giacomo was very responsive and very kind. Everything was organised. The apartment is located in a perfect place, walking distance to all the attractions and very nice neighbourhood. The apartment is new, with everything we needed, very pretty and well designed. It was very clean. Very quiet at night. Complete silence in the bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Perfect for working and visiting Rome. We will definitely come again. Thank you so much Giacomo.
