Welcome to our cozy and comfortable studio apartment in the recently handed over building in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). This brand new development boasts top-notch facilities and finishes that will make your stay a truly luxurious experience. The studio's light theme colors and rattan features create a warm and inviting ambiance that will make you feel right at home. The comfortable bed and couch provide the perfect space for you to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Dubai. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. DAMAGE DEPOSIT HELD ON YOUR CREDIT CARD We require you to schedule a damage deposit credit card authorization, which will be released back to your credit card in full (after checking out) if you do not brake house rules and if there is no damage done in the apartment. Please take time to read about the rules and regulations and make sure that you feel comfortable about them before you book. 2. RENTAL AGREEMENT. We will request you to sign our rental agreement, which will be shared with you by email, as soon as you book the apartment.

The apartment is nicely decorated and is comfortable to stay in. The building is a low-rise and doesn't seem crowded. The building and area are quite dog-friendly although some of the lots nearby are abandoned and unclean but that is normal in JVC. The instructions for entering the apartment were a video for a different type of lock entirely which was confusing, but the security at the building were kind enough to help figure it out. The apartment was not cleaned before I arrived which was deeply inconvenient. The host was responsive on this issue however the cleaning team arrived almost an hour later than the host told me they would, and the team was rushing through the cleaning steps in an unsatisfactory way. At least the sheets and towels were changed so I could sleep. The next day I got my own cleaning service to feel comfortable. Still awaiting the promised refund on the cleaning fee. If these 2 issues would be resolved, it's a 5 star for sure.

Great place. New modern. Lots of light. Clean. Great gym. Great pool. Cons: not many restaurants around. Would be nice to have items to wash dishes.

Bus J01 has a direct route to the Mall of the Emirates Station departing from the Seasons Community Autumn.
Nakheel’s Circle Mall is a one-stop destination with the city’s best offerings in retail and dining. It is close to the Fortunato community, Manhattan Towers and Crystal Residence. The mall has over 200 retail stores and restaurants, a trampoline park, and an arcade.
Mall of the Emirates. It is well-connected by the J01 bus route from Jumeirah Village Circle. Besides shopping and dining, the mall offers a range of fun activities for adults and kids alike. Especially the launch of the Dreamscape VR Park is a fun addition to the list of mall’s attractions – VOX Cinemas and Ski Dubai. For JVC residents, the closest beaches are JBR, Kite Beach and the open beach in Jumeirah, all under half an hour away. Beach day is part of the many fun things to do in JVC.
