This place was a great spot! Host was very responsive and sent very helpful house manual before our trip. We had arrived very late in the night and after several hours of travel had a much needed restful night and enjoyed spending time relaxing by the pool the next day. The house was very clean and tidy and all the amenities (pool, grill, AC, etc.) were much appreciated. Would recommend to anyone!

This place was beautiful and clean. Thomas was an amazing host from the moment we booked and very responsive to any questions/ concerns that we had. They helped us booked a chef and a private driver for our stay. The house is a little difficult to get to if you're trying to give instructions so definitely download manual they provide to your phone or take screenshots. I would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Costa Rica.

Casa Real is a great house! Everything was as advertised. Very clean and well kept. It has everything you would need for a family vacation. The kids would’ve preferred a couch in the living room but that didn’t matter much as we spent most of the time either out of the house or in the pool. My older son enjoyed being in his own seperate room detached from the main house. Washer and dryer were a must have especially with little ones. Having coffee in the morning on the balcony off the master was awesome. You can hear the howler monkeys and other wild life clearly. We did take a walk to see them in the trees. 15 minutes to playa grande and 5 to Puerto Viejo. Both super easy drives. A couple of markets 5 minutes away for supplies as well. The rental manager Tomas was the best. Very quick to respond and help with all situations. We had a minor issue with a shower drain. It was fixed in no time while we were out and didn’t hinder our stay at all. Overall house and service was a 10/10.

Our stay at the villa in Playa Conchal was absolutely delightful! The cleanliness of the villa was top-notch, which made for a truly comfortable and relaxing environment from the moment we arrived. It's always a pleasure to stay somewhere that feels as fresh and well-maintained as this place did. The responsiveness of our host added greatly to our experience. They were always just a message away, ready to assist with any questions or recommendations, which made navigating our vacation much easier and more enjoyable. This villa is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and serenity of Playa Conchal in a space that feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended for a peaceful and hassle-free retreat!
