Great price. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was far away from other rooms very private. They had an AC installed. The bed smelled clean. I felt very comfortable. Private Street close to a convenience store. I have to say this is one of my favorite Airbnbs I have stayed in, located in this area. The host was friendly and very responsive. I will most definitely be coming back on my next trip. Thank you so much!!

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for staying! The price/quality is far from acceptable. I would pay twice less for that quality. Problems began from arriving to the neighborhood. I understand, that it’s not in power of the owner, but just be aware. The neighborhood is not safe and very dirty. The front door lock is broken. I couldn’t get into the apartment. I was lucky that my roommate was there and opened the door for me. There were dirty shelves in the room itself. It was cold in the apartment so I was freezing in the mornings. There was no possibility to heat it up. The floor in the bathroom is cold with no carpet. Water from the shower hits you with a jet. The fridge is dirty. On the good side: Clean bed and towel. All supplies are provided (liquid soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, kitchen stuff). The owner explained very well how to get to the apartment. Also reminded about upcoming check out and proposed to prolong. Taking to the owner was easy.
