Beautiful, spacious apartment. Excellent location. Charlotte was always helpful and responsive including dropping off brand new pots and pans within a day during my stay. The apartment lacked a few basics I expected, which feedback has been given to improve future stays and make it 5/5 stars. The apartment overall appeared extremely clean, however the floor was a bit dusty (needed a mop) on check in which could have just been missed in the cleaning process. Overall, very happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to family/friends and I would stay again. Thankyou!

When we arrived, there were some issues with the cleaning. There were utensils in the drawers that had food stuck to them, and there was dirty laundry still in the laundry room. When it came to "essentials", a number weren't stocked. There was one large pot, one small pot, and one pan. One of the pots was rusted and not safe for people to be cooking with. An oven mitt would also be appreciated as the one usable pot would burn your hands if you touched the handle. The dish soap that had been provided was actually an empty bottle of soap that had been filled with water. There were two tiny, sample bottles of shower gel, which were each nearly empty. Little things were also missing, like the scoop for the laundry detergent. We were told that supplies would be delivered later, but those did not come. On the positive side, the unit is large and the hosts are very quick to respond. The location has nothing around it to do, but easily accesses major motorways if you have a car.
