1) the process to just get into the parking lot was terrible. The parking garage requires you to go through two different websites before you can enter the garage. We were having difficulties and the host was speaking to us like we were children. 2) after you finally check into the garage the best thing you could do is not leave the building they are supposed to provide you with a key fob which they don’t so if you leave you have to wait for someone to walk out and let you in. 3) the host has pictures of areas that are inaccessible or so they say because when we asked the front desk for access to the pool they said host was lying. 4) the apartment is very pretty but it was Soo dirty. There was red hair all over the shower walls. 5) there were stains on the floor and floor was sticky. Along with more red hairs all over the entire apartment floor. 6) cups plates and utensils were all dirty it looked like they had been rinsed with water and put back.

Great location close to heart of downtown. Worked out perfectly as we were in town to work on the NFL Draft. Place was modern & clean. Sparsely accessorized with a few kitchen hardware items, but no coffeemaker which was a bummer. No fob was provided which made it difficult to access main elevator or any building amenities. When I inquired about the fob I never got a response/reason as to why one was not provided. Co-workers of ours stayed in a unit in the same building, twice, with the same host, and had a fob both times. Parking ramp discount code was difficult to figure out right away. The key was to access Metropolis parking systems via the WEBSITE, not the APP, for anyone finding this issue. Host was generally responsive. Overall a good stay. Would stay again. Thank you.

By far, the biggest issues were getting in and once we got inside, very light on amenities. There was no toilet paper. Two towels for a several day stay. Just one forks, spoon and knife in the kitchen. Key fob in the room to get access to some of the amenities of the building and it was a hassle to track one down. There were also several times we couldn’t get back into the building because there was no one working the front desk. There’s too much focus on avoiding parties and focus on making sure people who are here for professional reasons have the accommodations they need. They also try to portray as being resident hosts, but I don’t believe that is the case.
