The location of this cottage is fantastic. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with what we required and the bathroom was new, clean and modern. Shannon was an excellent host and check in and check out went smoothly. Whenever I contacted him before our week away he responded promptly and answered any queries I had in relation to the cottage. The evenings and mornings were quite chilly and the air-conditioners kept us warm and cosy. The outside deck was a highlight for us and we spent a lot of time on that, or on the jetty fishing and feeding the pelicans and other prolific birdlife. The BBQ and outside drinks fridge were greatly appreciated. The ferry was a 5 minute walk from the cottage, so we did a couple of trips across to walk the main street of Mannum, but it was always lovely to return and be away from the town. The view of Mannum in the evenings was quite lovely. We will certainly return to “11 from the Left

Fantastic We are a family of 4 who recently stayed and we also took our 2 dogs. It was very peaceful right on the river and a ferry ride across to the town. The description and pictures where exactly what it was. The place was clean, it had a BBQ, outdoor setting and the verandah was great for the dogs as we could have them secure. Shannon was helpful and quick to reply. Thanks

You won’t regret staying here! Shannon is a great host! She answered any questions in a timely manner & she made us feel very welcome staying here. The views were remarkable! The photos don’t do them any justice! Hope we get the chance to stay here again.

Lovely property with responsive and friendly hosts. We went on a particularly hot weekend where it was in the 40’s and the two aircons kept the house nice and cool. Neighbours were nice and quiet as well which added to the serenity at night as we didn’t want to be surrounded by people partying. Some TLC to the jetty and their portion of shallow water needed but other than that we had a great stay and I would happily recommend this property to anyone.
