The house was wonderful. Good sleeping options. Comfy beds. Using the carport to park was awesome. The rain cooled things off enough that we spent most of the evening on the front porch area. The place is spacious. The caretaker stopped by to check-in on us. It’s close to the beach and a gas station. The bbq restaurant across the street was a delight. Highly recommend.

We needed a place quickly, so this won. I didn’t know it backed up to some of the most dangerous projects in San Juan! Luckily I had no incidents, but it was scary walking a block to the gas station for ice. By the time the fees were added, the cost of this rental doubled.

Sara was very accommodating of our family and toddler. The place was a great size and near a bunch of great restaurants, and a short walk to a couple great beaches. I recommend this great place!
