MAIN LEVEL: -Living room with comfortable couch, 2 chairs & Smart TV (no cable, just streaming apps). -Half Bathroom KITCHEN: -Newly renovated kitchen with spacious island (with seating for 2) and a dining table to seat 6. SECOND LEVEL: -Master Bedroom with TV -1 Full Bathroom in the hallway and 1 Full Bathroom Ensuite in the Master -Laundry Room Washer & dryer to use at your convenience. Please note we do not supply laundry detergent. A group of us were visiting a friend for her baby shower and made a weekend of it. The location of the house was easy to find and in a great spot. Walking distance from the beach! The house itself was exactly as depicted and the instructions were clear. The host was attentive. Would book again!

This neighborhood is very tight knit and quiet, so if your intention is to party till the sun comes up, then this is not the house for you.
The Beach and Boardwalk are less than a 5 minute walk from the house, and the convenient location has many fantastic bars and restaurants within a short distance. The nearest Casino is the Tropicana, which is approximately a 5 minute drive.
The listing is for the entire house, which also has a beautiful, large front porch and a back deck for relaxing outdoors.

We are former New Yorker's that fell in love with AC so much, that we purchased a vacation property to enjoy ourselves, as well as share with others. We then realized how hard it was to manage our property from a far and how much we missed AC when we weren't there, so we decided to move to AC and start our business!
