The lounge has plenty of seating and a Smart TV, with a charming dining area over by the French doors. The stylishly arranged kitchen has a wealth of useful equipment. Exploring further, you will find a refreshing shower room and three cosy bedrooms: a pretty king-size room, a lovely twin and a cheerful king-size room with an en-suite shower room. From the main living area, patio doors open out onto the undercover decked area overlooking the surrounding farmland. Featuring a picnic bench and seating, this lovely, raised space is perfect for sitting back and taking in the far-reaching views. You can also explore the 100 acres of the farm and enjoy long rural walks along the local footpaths and bridleways with your four-legged friend. Dogs and their owners can head east for a stroll in Alice Holt Forest (1.5 miles) before popping into Farnham (6 miles) for a meal and a drink. Dogs are welcome at a range of local attractions including the garden at Jane Austen’s House, the Rural Life Living Museum, Waverley Abbey and the Watts Gallery Artists’ Village, and on the steam trains of Hollycombe Steam in the Country, all within 15 miles.
