Welcome to our family beach home! Fall in love with our home designed to offer you a comforting place to relax between trips to the beach! Enjoy a cocktail on the patio while you plan your adventures. Take advantage of our well-equipped kitchen and arrangements for 12 guests. We are a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minutes to Rosemary Beach and 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee; 2 max. Details on our free bike rental below. This home includes accommodations for twelve, parking for five vehicles, ample outdoor space, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Home: You will enter the home through the front door using your private access code provided three days prior to your arrival. You’ll first see the bunk room with sleeping arrangements for six people. There are four beds in this room. One of the bunk beds has two queen mattresses, the other has two twins. After the bunk room you’ll see the full bathroom featuring a combination tub and shower. This bathroom is shared with those sleeping in the queen bedroom, the next door on your left. As you step into the spacious open floor plan you’ll find the living room and kitchen space, featuring elegant coffered ceilings. You’ll have plenty of seating in the living room, and if you’re chilly in the evenings, the electric fireplace will warm you up quickly! The kitchen is equipped so that you’ll have everything you need to prepare meals as if you were at home. The living room has a 65” Smart TV. The sofa opens up into a bed that can sleep two guests. The primary bedroom is accented with a vaulted ceiling, has a king bed and stylish dressing table. In the en-suite bathroom you’ll find a double vanity and walk-in shower. This bedroom has a 55” Smart TV. Outside: You can access the backyard from the door in the living room. Here you’ll find a covered patio, propane grill and private, fenced-in yard. In the garage you will find bikes for your use as well as a spare propane tank for the grill. We also have bocce ball and corn hole game sets that you are welcome to use in the yard.

This place was so easy to find! It was very accommodating for us. The walk to the beach did take 15 minutes, but the walk through the neighborhood was quite charming so it wasn’t terrible at all. Overall, great host! And really responsive if in need of anything! If you’re looking for a place for peace, this is the one!
Meredith’s properties are all top notch. Nothing gets left or put aside - everything you ever need is available. It is by far the best, spacious, spaces we have stayed at, and the most comfortable. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Man, this place was absolutely amazing. Very close to the beach. Five minute bike ride to the beach. Quiet safe neighborhood. House is absolutely gorgeous. Extremely clean. Has everything you need and more. Felt right at home. Fenced in backyard for the pups. Bikes are also available which is a very nice touch. Highly recommend this place. Meredith also sent a list of recommendations for their favorite places in the area. For a first timer this was everything. Highly recommend Meredith and her listings!

You'll be in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk or bike ride to the beach! Your neighbors during your stay will be a few local residents, some seasonal homeowners, and other short-term vacation renters. I love this neighborhood for its welcoming atmosphere and close proximity to a gorgeous and quiet stretch of beach!
We are situated between Hwy 98 and Front Beach Rd, just south of 98.
Nearby businesses: you’re very close to Publix, Winn-Dixie, and a Waffle House. In the neighborhood towards the beach you’ll find Thomas Donuts & Snack Shop and the Carousel Supermarket. Dairy Queen is just east on Hwy 98 and is open until 11pm and has a drive-thru, so it's a great spot for a quick bite or treat.
Carousel is an upscale supermarket with everything you could need. Thomas Donuts has great donuts, of course, but also a full menu featuring breakfast and lunch items, as well as ice cream. Don't miss enjoying a local delicacy and the gorgeous beach view from Thomas Donuts!
You'll need to drive to get to local grocery stores like Winn-Dixie or Publix that are just to your west. Be sure to pick up a sub from Publix! You'll also want to drive to the shops and restaurants at Pier Park.
The Rosemary Beach/30A area is about an 8-minute drive to the west, and you'll find lots to do there! It is car friendly, but you will also see places to rent a bike as you get on 30A if you would like to explore all the fun shops and restaurants with pedal power!
Just put our home's address in your GPS and you are ready to go! We are just off Hwy 98, and about a 20-minute drive to the Panama City Beach airport, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).
You will have parking for five vehicles. You should be able to fit two or three on the driveway, one more on the gravel pad to the side, and you can park in the garage, just be sure to make sure your vehicle will fit!
You are just a short walk to the beach! The nearest beach access is #86. I can send you a map with directions if you’d like. You’ll just need to walk to Riviera Dr and walk south until you reach Front Beach Rd. Then turn right and walk about 200 feet and then you can cross to the access point, it can be tricky to spot!
If you rented a cart, you would be better off turning left on Front Beach Rd and you will see an open area where you can park your cart just past Surfside Christian Retreat on your right.
You’ll need a car or rideshare to get to places like Rosemary Beach or Pier Park.
