La casa está limpia y recién reformada pero la zona algo retirada del centro, con difícil aparcamiento, sin tiendas cercanas. El sofá del salón es nuevo pero bastante incómodo y no hay cosas básicas para poder cocinar cuando viajas en familia con niños, es muy necesario. El apartamento de al lado también era alquilado y los vecinos se pasaron toda la noche de fiesta, lo que nos dejó sin poder descansar. Le comenté a la persona de contacto, el problema de la noche y me contestó con un escueto, "lo siento". Hay un depósito que no es de Airbnb, de 250 euros que te cobran a través de una plataforma externa, que han tardado 11 días en devolvernos, que yo no entendí porque Airbnb ya tiene una cobertura para desperfectos. Si son tan exigentes para la cobertura de la casa, deberían serlo para lo que ofrecen a los viajeros.
Die Wohnung ist im Osten Lissabons gelegen, fußläufig zum Torre Belem und mit der Linie 15 ist man innerhalb von 25 bis 30 Minuten im Zentrum. Wir haben uns bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt in Lissabon dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Great apartment, is located close to major points of interest in Lisboa and within walking distance (5-10 mins) to almost every type of public transportation stops. Very comfortable, it looks recently reformed and with all the amenities to have a nice staying. Should you traveling with baby stroller, like ourselves, or someone in need of assistance, you must know that you are required to take a few steps down the floor level and then a flight of stairs up, it doesn't have an lift.

Adoramos o apartamento muito confortável, bem equipado, bem situado, zona calma e de destacar a limpeza e manutenção do apartamento em si. Foi muito bom podermos deixar as malas no apartamento antes da hora do check in, e receber a cortesia de uma água chá e café a nossa chegada. Adoramos os dias que passamos em Lisboa bem acomodados e a nós sentir em casa. Excelente
