You can start your day right with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment, including the workplace with docking station, monitor, mouse, keyboard and of course everything surrounding - because you are right in the center of Koblenz. To make sure your sleep is first class, a cozy queen-size bed (1.60mx2.00m) and hotel-standard bedding awaits you. Of course there is also a dining area for 2 people as well as a cozy sitting area with sofa and large smart TV with streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you need to cook deliciously. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available in the apartment. Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo.

Fairer Preis und sehr gute Lage. Alles in Ordnung!
Unterkunft war direkt in der Stadt, alles war zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Wohnung war etwas sehr hellhörig, Abends um 11.00 haben Kinder im Haus noch Lärm gemacht. Von der Stadt hat man nichts mit bekommen. Alles im allen super.

Wir hatten uns auf den Aufenthalt in Koblenz gefreut. Leider konnten wir das Zimmer nicht nutzen, da eine Disco nebenan das Schlafen verhindert hätte. Der Boden vibrierte von den Bässen und die Lieder hätten wir mitsingen können. Die Arbio-Hotline war überfordert und hat nur die Buchung stornieren können. Echte Unterstützung sieht aus Kundensicht anders aus. Wir mussten uns nachts ein neues Hotelzimmer suchen. Leider hat der Vermieter die Kommunikation zu den Mehrkosten für das Hotel bislang verweigert. So das wir wohl darauf sitzen bleiben. Das Zimmer sollte dringend gemieden werden.
Sehr zentrale und gemütliche Wohnung die mit allem ausgestattet ist was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Es war alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Falls einem fehlende Rollläden morgens stören, wäre eine Schlafmaske zu empfehlen.

Our apartments are located in the middle of Koblenz's pedestrian zone with all stores, restaurants and sights within walking distance. It doesn't get much more central than this.
The train station "Koblenz-Stadtmitte" is about 5 minutes walking from our building.
Apart from that you are in the middle of the city center and can reach almost all important spots by foot.
Please note that parking is not included.
However, the parking garage "Altlöhrtor" is only a 3 minute walk away.
Important: There, vehicle access is only possible until about 20:30h (normal access and exit, however, 24h).
From 20:30h we recommend the underground car park "Görresplatz", about 7 minutes walk.
