Absolutely charming and beautiful holiday apartment with an amazing location in Skagen town center. In short walking distance to the marina, the beaches and the towns many attractions. The holiday home is very spacious and has a glorious view over the town's rooftops from the balcony and rooftop terrace. The outside area is decorated with a touch of Provence, with a lovely yard with garden table and bench, flowerpots and a cozy atmosphere. Lovely 185 m2 holiday home, divided into two levels and with bed capacity for eight people but only beds for six people. On the main floor there is a large kitchen-dining room in combination with the living room. A large kitchen with plenty of room for cooking and a lovely dining area where you can enjoy a nice meal. A cozy lounge corner with a reading lamp and a small coffee table, perfect corner for consuming a good book. Two of the bedrooms -both furnished with a double bed. A bathroom with shower, a toilet and a sink. In connection with the bathroom there is a vanity table with a large mirror and light, insuring that the makeup can be applied in the best lighting. The scullery with a washing and dryer is also on the main floor. From the entrance, a beautiful old staircase leads you to the 1. floor. Here you will reach a beautiful open loft room with a cozy sofa corner with a red chaise long, lovely armchairs, a bean bag and a flat screen TV. From the loft room there is access to a lovely rooftop terrace and a balcony, both furnished with garden furniture. The third bedroom of the house is located on the 1. floor with a double bed and a small guest bathroom. Furthermore, the last two sleeping spots is also found on the 1. floor on a large folding madras, located in the music corner in the loft room.  The 1. floor has a light and friendly atmosphere that is continues in the entire home. A lovely light from the outside is key in this home. In the entire apartment the style is fresh, modernized and exciting with gorgeous furniture and lovely decoration. The building is from 1936 but was renovated in 2017 and now appears modernized and perfect for your next holiday in Skagen. In short distance from the holiday home you will find "Rådhusbageriet"(the local bakery) where you can buy freshly baked bread every morning.  Skagen Bryghus (the brewery) where you can taste a locally brewed beer, is located only 200 meters from the holiday home. The many attractions and the pedestrian street is also only a short walk away. Grenen, Denmark's absolute top point, where Kattegat and Skagerrak meets is also a visit worth when visiting Skagen. If you wish to go out for a nice dinner or lunch, many restaurants is located both by the pedestrian street and the marina.  If you wish to take an excursion in the area, many trips can be found on bike or by car. For example you can pay a visit to the sandburied church, with the exciting story about the sand drift in Skagen, you can also visit Gl. Skagen and the rough Northsea, the lovely beaches and the beautiful "Solnedgangsplads" eller "Råbjerg Mile" Denmark's largest migrating mile. You can also visit the dune plantage, the golf course or go on a horse bike ride along the shore.  PETS: One small dog is welcome. GOOD TO KNOW: No rentals for youth groups.
