The room was new and clean, minimal and cute. The only problem was the WiFi connection because it wasn’t good at all.

We were there during a few days of cold and rain in April. it was cold, with no way to heat up. We washed clothes and it was very hard to dry them, as there was no inside drying rack. Host communication via the app was very slow, the only thing that worked quickly was calling her. Check-in and check out instructions were contradictory or incomplete. She gave us a document that stated that for getting in the gate we need to push on a name button, and in the messages she told me to write to her on Airbnb for a code. The room she allocated was already occupied. Towels just for one. Dirty sponge and cups in the kitchen cupboard. No bin for food scraps in the kitchen, we had to temporarily move the one in our room in the kitchen. Leaking kettle. Guy who was supposed to fix the stuck blinds never came. At checkout, I had to hold the gate open, then boyfriend had to return the keys upstairs. if it were just me, there would have been no way to get out and also leave the keys behind.
