It was a good stay for me and all my cousins since we were in Anaheim for Disney super nice place only thing is that there was only a half a roll of toilet paper for all 6 of us and no napkin for the kitchen nor tea cups since we were trying to drink some tea but overall a good stay.

The house was very cleaned and well maintained. Sabir was very helpful and responsive when I had questions and was even accommodating when we had arrived earlier than check in. It was a nice cozy home and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very bare bones basic suite. The kitchen provisions are limited (mostly plastic utensils left by other guests), no shampoo/body wash, or even toilet paper provided which made it very inconvenient after arriving at midnight. The towels are very old and stained. Floors were not clean. Limited bedding and blankets provided for cold California nights. The bathroom light is set on a five minute timer which left us in the dark mid showers. Electricity wasn’t stable in the unit- couldn’t use microwave to heat up food. The unit next to us had loud parties and took our allocated parking spot on multiple nights. Conveniently located but wasn’t a comfortable stay for a week.

Anaheim house - A little disappointed when we arrived, had glass in the drive way from alcohol bottles. Three trash bins full in the drive way as well. Dishwasher was full, no silverware so need to have your own. Kitchen sink was clogged and fills up, garbage disposal did not work. Neighborhood is good. The property has another airbnb rental and we had the other guests hanging outside our door area. There was no much toiletry stocked, only had half a roll of toilet paper with no back up. Place is okay for just a place to sleep.

It was a wonderful stay at this property! In a well-established neighborhood, so it felt much more peaceful than staying near or on Property at Disneyland. Would gladly go back to his rental for our next stay as well! There are a few very minor tweaks for the owners to align - but since it is such a new airbnb, I'm sure it'll be perfect within days! We loved our stay!
