Property is less than 4 blocks to the beach and only one block to the town’s amazing park where you can watch free concerts on Saturday evenings while the children play on the playground or splash pad. The park also offers tennis courts. Town is a quick walk through the park and up two more blocks. We offer lots of space, which is a rare find in the historic district of Cape Charles. Rental includes the use of beach toys and 4 Tommy Bahama backpack chairs. Art supplies and board games are also included. We offer smart TVs in both living rooms that you can use to stream all of your regular services. Sit in our newly furnished screened-in-porch on Saturday nights to hear the bands play in the park.
