Very nice and comfortable room. Quiet location, not in the tourist center of the city. Great place for one or two people for a short stay in Bangkok.
Nedさんのお部屋での滞在は素晴らしかったです。まずお部屋が明るく清潔で写真の通りです。テレビが大きく、ベッドもふかふかで快適です。虫一匹現れませんでした！エアコンも新しく快適に静かに作動します。お部屋には冷蔵庫やレンジはないですが、近くにたくさんの素敵なレストラン、カフェ、コンビニがあるので問題ありませんでした。強いて言うなら、窓の防音は完全でないので、夜中も車の騒音があります。また、カーテンは遮光ではないので、夜も近くの建物から光が入ります。気になる方はアイマスクや耳栓があるといいでしょう。また、女性の足で駅まで10分ほどかかりますが、建物は通りに面しているので、夜道もあまり怖くありません。 全体的に本当に素敵な滞在でした。またバンコクを訪れるときは、ぜひNedさんのお部屋に泊まりたいと思います！
Ned is a great guy, nice to talk to and very knowledgeable. The flat was clean and sunny. The location is conveniently located around many spots to eat, to wash clothes and to get groceries.
A very cozy apartment in a very nice area local and quiet but still not to far from the centre of the city, very clean, Ned is very helpful always responds very fast, we really enjoyed 🙏🏼

Ratchada was once well known as a location of Ratchada Train Night Market. Most of the tourists had to visit there when they were in Bangkok which made Ratchada become a popular destination spot to live for both locals and travelers.
The neighborhood itself is connected to Huaykwang, which covers the road from Rama 9 to Ladprao intersection, making the area lively for mostly 24/7 with lots of activities to do. No doubt why Ratchada is a top suitable location for those who want a neighborhood that meets all lifestyles and needs in one place.
Ratchadapisek MRT (Metro/Subway Train) Train Station is a 10-minute walk from here.
On Soi Vibhavadi, you can catch the Subaru trucks (they're like public buses) for 7 Baht per ride (Cash/coin only).
You can always call Grab Taxi via the app (available on both iOS & Android).
Other options similar to UBER or Lyft in Thailand are InDrive & Bolt.
